Subject to our terms and conditions we do not offer any refunds for late cancellations that falls outside our cancellations terms which is 72 hours before the commencement of any treatment or PT session. We can allow the client to rebook their treatment slots after the first cancellation has been received however If the client is given 14 days to decide whether they are willing to rebook an new treatment/PT session unfortunately we can’t offer any available slot after that time.
Where all slots have been made and locked down for you, they are non-refundable. Please be sure to confirm all slots made available to you prior to purchasing.
If you need to postpone a treatment slot, please send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the earliest available slot to take your treatment. Once your new booking has been received and approved , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your new booking request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your chosen time and day. We will process your booking within seven business days after the new booking request is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.
